DAV MODEL UNITED NATIONS CONFERENCE 2010

Darbari Lal DAV Model School Pitampura participated in DAV Model United Nations Conference 2010 held on 13th, 14th,15th Nov, 2010 at DAV Public School, Gurgaon. Our School represented Spain with four delegates :
1)Archita Lakhanpal (XII C) in GA
2)Mehak Mehta (XII D) in UNCOPUOS
3)Divya chitkaran (XI A) in IAEA and
4)Joshika Saraf (XI A) in HRC.
Out of a total of about 100 Country Profiles submitted & displayed at the Conference, our Country Profile for SPAIN has won the‘BEST COUNTRY PROFILE AWARD’ which includes a Shield and a Certificate of Achievement. Our student delegates participated very actively in the three day conference & were very well recognized in their respective committees. They performed under the able guidance of teacher advisors-Ms. Neeta Chhabra & Mrs. Ashok Sharma.
One of our students Kushal Garg of X B participated as Reporter- Global Press & his articles got published in the newsprint issue'TESTI MUNY' which came out daily in the three day conference.
